We are currently accepting entries for the upcoming 2014 Canada International Film Festival.  We accept both domestic and international submissions.

Digital Submissions
The Canada International Film Festival also accepts digital or electronic entries. Please email us the completed Entry Form along with a digital file of your project or link to where we can view your film online (YouTube, Vimeo, etc).  Our email address for submissions is info@canadafilmfestival.com

Film Deadlines
Early Bird - May 31, 2013

Entry Fees
Early Bird - Short $25 / Feature $30
Regular Deadline - Short $30 / Feature $35                                                  
Late Deadline - Short $35 / Feature $40
Extended Deadline - Short $40 / Feature $45
* Feature Films are films 50 minutes and longer.

Submission Rules and Guidelines
Films should be submitted on DVD, BluRay, or digital media file.  We accept submissions via mail and email.

International films being sent from outside Canada should be be clearly labeled on the package: "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE - CULTURAL PURPOSES ONLY".

Awards and Official Selections are based on overall merits of the films and are at the sole discretion of the jury and programming committee.

Entry fee is nonrefundable.

DVDs and entry materials will not be returned.
           
Entries should be clearly labeled with the entrant's contact information and project's running time.

Works in progress are accepted.

More than one entry may be submitted. Each must be submitted separately.

Filmmaker will assume shipping costs of material and print to the Canada International Film Festival.

CIFF reserves the right to make any necessary changes in event scheduling or programming.

The selection committee' and jury's decisions are final.

Please do not send press kits with your entry.  We will contact you should we need press materials after your film is selected.

Entrants agree to indemnify and hold us, including our employees, our officers, and our  partners and affiliates harmless against all claims arising out of entry or participation in the Canada International Film Festival.

All responses by CIFF will be made by email.

Official Selections will be contacted approximately one month prior to the festival.

By submitting your film or screenplay to the Canada International Film Festival you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to all the aforementioned festival rules and guidelines.
